Q.  What do I need to do to get started?
  A. Call or email The Little Cleaning Fairy and we will contact you back with an appointment at your convenience for a FREE estimate.  The owner will always give the estimate.
Q. Do you send the same fairy to clean each time?
  A. We try to send the same fairy to clean each time but if something happens that particular fairy cannot make it we contact homeowner before the cleaning.
Q. Do you have referrals I can check?
  A. Yes
Q. What if I'm not satisfied with a cleaning?
 A. We offer your money back if you’re not 100% satisfied.
Q. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
  A. We ask you to provide us 24 hours notice, however we know things happen in life that you can't always predict.
Q. What happens if something is broken or missing?
  A. We are insured and bonded, but please contact us within 24 hours after cleaning to report this.
Q. Do I have to supply the cleaning products?
  A.  We can provide the cleaning products but if you have a particular product you would rather we use we can accommodate.  We use environmentally friendly products but sometimes some surfaces may require a harsher chemical to be used in order to get it properly cleaned.
Q.  How much do you charge?
  A. We give FREE estimates.  How we base our prices are on a few things such as how often a service is needed like weekly, biweekly, or monthly or how small or large a job is.
Q.  How do I pay for my service?
  A. We take cash, check, or credit card.
Q. How will you enter my home if I'm not there?
  A. We have clients that provide us with keys or garage door codes that way it doesn't take time out of your schedule to let us in.  Any key you provide us The Little Cleaning Fairy owner always has. But whether you provide a key or any code you can be sure it is confidential with our company.
Q. Do you do background checks on your employees?
 A. Yes and we check past employment records.
